Liability Waiver & Release
Every adult visiting Sandy Patch Ranch signs this release before their session. It takes about a minute and you do not need an account. Parents or guardians sign on behalf of any children in the party.
Assumption of risk & release
- I understand that Sandy Patch Ranch is a private, working farm with uneven ground, tall grass, livestock, farm equipment, insects, wildlife, ponds, and other natural hazards.
- I enter the property voluntarily and at my own risk, and I am responsible for the supervision of any minors and guests in my party at all times.
- I will stay out of the pond and off the bridge, will not enter livestock areas or interact with the animals, and will follow all posted and verbal instructions from the property owners.
- I release and hold harmless Sandy Patch Ranch and its owners from any claim for injury, illness, death, or property loss or damage arising from my visit, except in cases of willful misconduct.
- I am financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear to props, structures, gates, or landscaping caused by me or my party.
- I confirm I am 18 or older and signing for myself, or I am the parent or legal guardian signing on behalf of the minors listed above.
