Shoot the ranch on your own terms — once your paperwork is on file

We love working with photographers. If you shoot here regularly, set up a photographer account instead of sending an inquiry every time — your insurance and waiver stay on file and you can request dates directly.

Everything is reviewed by us before you can request dates, so we always know who is on the property and that your clients are covered.

One heads-up: seasonal sets aren’t always standing, so what you see at a walk-through may be the bare spots and the prop collection rather than the full set-up. Every walk-through is approved by us before it’s on the books.

Session details

  • ·All booking times need to account for your set-up and tear-down.
  • ·We do not charge extra for mini sessions — but every adult in your party still signs our liability waiver.

How it works

Create a free account

Sign up and check the box that says you're a photographer. It's the same free account our customers use — the photographer box just unlocks the paperwork section.

Upload your insurance

Attach your certificate of liability insurance (PDF or photo) and its expiration date. It's stored privately — only you and the ranch can see it.

Share your client waiver link

Paste the link to your own client liability waiver. Your clients also sign our ranch waiver, which is a public page you can send to anyone.

We review and approve

We check everything over — usually within a day or two — and mark your account approved. You can browse open dates on the calendar below the whole time.

Request your dates

Once approved, request dates right from your portal. We confirm the time and the $15 deposit locks it in.

House rules

  • ·DO NOT TOUCH LIVESTOCK — over the fence, through the fence, or anything. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE if you or any of your property interacts with livestock.
  • ·Keep your party out of the pond, off the bridge, and out of livestock areas.
  • ·Sessions are scheduled — please arrive and wrap within your booked window so parties don't overlap.
  • ·Complimentary props are self-service. You're responsible for damage or loss, and everything goes back where it came from.
  • ·Drone flight, open flame, confetti, glitter, and smoke bombs are not permitted.
  • ·Park only in the designated area and keep the gates closed behind you.

Every adult in your client’s party signs our liability waiver before the session — send them the link when you confirm their booking.
